3D Printing: FAQ
Double Nozzle technology uses two independent print heads. This allows us to print a base part in a rigid polymer, while the second nozzle prints support structures in a completely different material (such as water-soluble PVA), ensuring that the contact surfaces have a perfect finish.
We need the 3D model of the part, preferably in STL, STEP or IGES format. From there, our slicing software prepares the optimisation of layers and printing trajectories.
Absolutely. While it is excellent for aesthetic validation, we use engineering polymers that allow the creation of functional prototypes with mechanical, thermal, and chemical resistance, suitable for rigorous real-world testing or even as end-use tools on the assembly line.
