3D Scanning: The Bridge Between Physical and Digital

// TECHNICAL EXPERTISE

Our Solutions

Reverse engineering 3D model with coloured deviation map

Reverse Engineering

Give new life to components without CAD history. We reconstruct existing parts for design optimisation, manufacturing or agile replacement of obsolete components.

Coloured deviation map of an industrial part inspected in 3D software

Inspection and Quality Control

Total confidence in every micron. We validate the precision of parts and tools through rigorous comparison between the manufactured part and the original design.

Portable 3D scanner capturing complex geometries of an industrial part

Capture of Complex Geometries

From the finest details to large industrial structures. We create faithful digital representations for evaluation, simulation and continuous improvement.

3D CAD model of a digitised mechanical part for digital archiving

Digital Archive

Secure and detailed documentation. Transform your physical inventory into a digital archive accessible at any time, ideal for future reference.

What We Deliver to Our Customers

3D colour map of dimensional deviations on a vehicle CAD model

Colour Maps (Deviation Reports)

An indispensable visual tool. We intuitively highlight the dimensional deviations of the physical part against the CAD, facilitating immediate compliance analysis.

STL polygonal mesh of a scanned part

STL Files (Polygonal Meshes)

Optimised, lightweight and detailed digital representations. The ideal format for quick concept sharing, preliminary analyses or sending for manufacturing.

Parametric 3D CAD model ready for engineering

3D CAD Models

The delivery of excellence. We provide structured models (STEP, IGES) fully compatible with mainstream engineering platforms, ready for design changes.

Industrial panel with calibration targets and access ladder on site

Capture with Professional Accessories

We use positioning targets and rigorous calibration references to ensure maximum stability and accuracy of the point cloud in the most demanding industrial environments.

// FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Industrial 3D Scanning: FAQ

It always depends on the scale of the part and the environmental conditions. With our cutting-edge technology, we can achieve accuracies of up to 0.025 mm (25 microns) on smaller components. For large metal structures, precision naturally adjusts to the measurement volume, but we always use certified equipment to ensure the maximum possible rigour in your project.
